Our Reviews

Very friendly and easy to work with.

Shattered Vision did a great job installing my new windshield. Great price and reliable service! I will definitely use them again.

So kind and willing to work with my schedule. Came to my house and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour.

From the moment I first spoke with Jonathan at Shattered Vision, I knew I had selected the right company to repair my windshield. He immediately explained my options, whether I chose to go through my insurance or pay out of pocket, and made the entire process simple and straightforward. Jonathan was also very accommodating when it came to finding a convenient location to meet for the installation. He is professional, considerate of your time, and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Shattered Vision to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement!

Such a good experience, my windsheild was in terrible shape and Shattered Vision was recommended to me by another repair company. Jonathan responded to my text requesting a quote quickly and helped me navigate through the decision to go through insurance or out-of-pocket for this repair. When I decided that out of pocket made the most sense for me, there was no pressure to get this repaired quickly knowing how expensive replacements can be. I decided to get it scheduled within a few days and Jonathan let me know exactly when to expect him to be at my house. He finished the job quickly and went above and beyond to ensure the replacement window fit perfectly solving a leaking issue that I had dealt with for years. Today I took it through a car wash and did not have any issues with water leaking into my car. I am thrilled with the results and appreciate that I received such an accurate quote. I highly recommend Shattered Vision!

Shattered Vision delivered the best auto glass experience. I worked with Jonathon who gave me the best quote around for my front windshield replacement. He came to my house had great customer service and did amazing work!

Working with Jonathan made the process very easy from insurance to scheduling. He was on time and answered my questions with a full detailed explanation! I have 2 other BMWs that will be on his schedule very soon!!! Thank you!

Jonny is the best! Scheduled me in very easily and performed a top tier job on my windshield installation! I am very peculiar when it comes to others working on my cars but I fully trust him to professionally and carefully handle my prized possessions! He’s also a car enthusiast and treats his customers with the same respect which is a blessing in this business. I wouldn’t bother using another company after such a positive experience I encountered with SV!

Johnathan provided excellent service from start to finish. He was prompt with his responses, communicated clearly throughout the process, and arrived on time for the appointment. The windshield repair and replacement were completed professionally and conveniently right at my house. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole experience—highly recommend Johnathan for anyone needing windshield work done.

Jonathan was extremely kind and helpful, got my back window replaced the very next day I called, got it looking as perfect as before it broke and worked with me every step of the way, will definitely use them for any future needs.

Jonathon and Keith helped every step of the way. I’m so happy with their friendly and efficient service.

Faster, cheaper, and better than any name brand glass repair shop! Extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Courteous and professional service! It’s clearly evident that he knows what he is doing. He even took a moment to show me how to quickly remove my wiper blade arms.

Great experience with Shattered Vision Auto Glass! Jonathan and his team came to me and completed their work in a flash. Don't let the quickness worry you there work was top notch. The added bonus was the nice fresh smell my car had when they were finished. Also, they took the time to reinstall my windshield mounted dash cam and even ran the cord through the cars trim for me!! A++ highly recommend!! 🫡

Excellent service! My window was broken on Friday night and repaired Tuesday morning. Faster response and lower prices than any other comparable option. The repair itself only took about 45 minutes and the window is good as new. Incredibly nice, responsive, and thorough. Would 100% recommend for any window repair needs.

Shattered Vision is the go-to place for fast, reliable and quality windshield replacement! I had an overall great experience with the replacement of my Tesla Model 3 windshield. From start to finish, everything was smooth and very professional. Scheduling was easy, and their mobile service was a huge plus! They came right to me and handled everything on-site at my house. Jonathan, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very methodical with all the right tools to get the job done fast. The replacement was a much more complicated job than I imagined. But this guy knows his stuff! The quality of the work was excellent, my new windshield is perfect, and they made sure everything was installed correctly and cleaned up before leaving. Pricing was very fair and exactly what they quoted, with no surprises. It’s hard to find companies that are this reliable and convenient these days. I would definitely 100% recommend Shattered Vision to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement!

I had multiple little chips in my window was a little worried at first about somebody working on my car but good news the glass came out clean and spotless as if I had just rolled out the dealership I was pretty shocked with how the glass came out but the guy was very professional and did an amazing job highly recommend shattered vision to fix your windows thank you for working on my 20/20 Dodge Challenger

Does a great job easy to work with

Was recommended to Shattered Vision from a tech at a big box shop after said big box shop wouldn't work on my truck. I called and was able to get an appointment booked and the work done, less than 24 hours later. And at a substantially less cost than big boxy. Job took less than 45 minutes, and everything looks amazing. Mobile tech was VERY informative, and SUPER friendly! 10/10 service 10/10 cost 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family!

Jonathan has taken care of two of our windshields now. One was on an older car and the price was less than our deductible. This time it was higher and he works with the insurance companies directly and we only had to pay our deductible. He was easily able to order the glass and come to our home to make the repairs. He cleans up everything and even put some uv protectant on our dashboard. Everything was calibrated to the car And I highly recommend his services.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience. He is the guy for glass replacement needs hands down

Shattered Vision Auto Glass did an amazing job. Johnathan restored the headlights on my mother-in-law's car, and the difference was night and day—literally. She was considering replacing her car because she could barely see while driving at night, but after the lens restoration, she's happy to keep her car instead. The service was on time, professional, and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend Shattered Vision Auto Glass if you need headlight restoration done right.

Jonathan was amazing! Excellent communication and was very kind/flexible to work with especially the week of extreme snow storm- we were able to reschedule for another day the same week easy peasy! Quick, efficient, and awesome job. I was surprised to find he even vacuumed the car floors for me. I wish I had his contact sooner, I'll definitely use him from now on and tell anyone else that needs new glass! 10/10

I went to buy another car because my headlights were so dim. My SIL suggested I call Shattered Glass to see what they could do. Jonathan came to my home and refurbished my lights. I am stunned at the brightness from the lights. Great job, took less than an hour

SV is the only glass provider I trust to handle our windshields! There's so many other businesses out there but few that return calls and get you scheduled as efficiently as they do! I love that they come to me and I can continue working and going about my day while they do the job. Such good quality, and AMAZING customer service! Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Astoundingly fast same-day service on 5/14/2025. I needed a chip repair for my windshield that was looking problematic. Another local auto glass business I called first recommended Shattered Vision as they were too busy and could not get to do my repair for several days. So very glad for the recommendation. I would definitely use this local business again. Thanks Jonathan.
