What’s Covered
Glass Replacement – Auto glass replacements are covered for as long as you own the vehicle. If any issue arises due to installation, we will repair or replace the glass at no cost, including mobile service within our service area.
Glass Repair – We guarantee that our rock chip repairs will not spread further from the point of repair for as long as you own the vehicle. If the repaired chip spreads beyond the original repair area at any point during ownership, Shattered Vision Auto Glass will apply the paid cost of the chip repair toward a full windshield replacement performed by us. If paid for by insurance, your provider may receive a credit for the work performed.
Headlight Restoration – Every professional headlight restoration comes with a 12-month warranty to give you peace of mind. If your headlights become hazy or yellow again within a year, we’ll re-service them one time at no charge.
Calibration Services – All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations performed on your vehicle are covered for 30 days or until the next scheduled calibration event, whichever occurs first. If any calibration issue arises due to improper installation or service within this period, we will re-calibrate your system at no cost.

Additional Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
- If your vehicle is equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), recalibration may be covered up to 30 days after glass installation. After that, calibration may be subject to additional charges.
- If any applicable work is performed by another company, your warranty from Shattered Vision LLC is void.
- The warranty service must be completed by a Shattered Vision Auto Glass technician or an authorized partner.
- Claims must be made within 30 days of glass installation if it is regarding a defect in the part itself.
- We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before repairs or replacements are performed.
Exclusions
Glass Replacement – This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, road debris, weather events, or other external forces, nor does it cover issues resulting from misuse, improper care, or tampering. It also does not apply to pre-existing vehicle conditions, such as frame or body distortions.
Glass Repair – Our warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, misuse, or pre-existing conditions. Chip repairs are intended to stop the damage from spreading and restore strength, but the original blemish may remain visible and is not considered a defect.
Headlight Restoration – Physical damage, moisture inside the housing, and damage caused by chemicals or improper care are not covered.
Calibration Services – This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by vehicle manufacturer defects, sensor damage, accidents, misuse, or vehicle alterations.
